IRealpro extra styles on new phone?

I have iReal Pro that I paid for extra styles on and the phone that it's on fried out sometimes it works and sometimes it don't and my question is can I transfer iReal Pro that I paid for on to another phone

Load the iRp ap on your new android phone using the same account in the Google play store you originally used.
