Could someone please explain this Amazon App Store issue?

Hi,
I've been using iRealPro on my Android device for a while, but lately, every time I tap the app icon, a notification says that I don't have the app and suggests that I download it from the Amazon App Store. I followed the advice and installed the Amazon App Store, but it still asks me to buy iRealPro again even though I've already paid for it.

Hello Charlie, sorry for this problem. Please contact Amazon directly, Amazon does not allow us information about your purchase, devices, account etc. due to customer privacy and security—only they can determine what the problem is.
Also some information here if you are running iReal Pro on Android devices, (not Amazon Fire tablet or TV).
