As you probably know, that text has been set to music by numerous composers.

The two versions you cite don't seem to be available in sheet music, but with a careful ear one could delve through the thick textures of the performances and approximate the changes.

I'm curious about what you would do with them in a jazz context.

Just listened on You Tube to Santana/Mahavishnu and Pharoah Sanders versions of this song. Both are ala Trane's Love Supreme.
