This was titled Fifth Minor and was given to me by the great guitarist and jazz educator Jack Petersen. It’s based on the four bars eight bars before the end of the Green Dolphin Street chord progression and really helps understand the relationship of the half-diminished chord to the minor scale. This wonderful progression takes you through all twelve keys very naturally and smoothly and has been something I’ve practiced since 1979. One of these days I’ll get good at it!
