When writing the text x3 or whatever -does one write this under the left side repeat bar or the right side repeat sign?

&
How does one write chord changes on the 'and' of the beat? Or on the upbeat? If you will?
Thanks Dan

Write the x3 before the right side repeat bar.
There is currently no support for anticipations.

I got on problem, could anyone help me? :-)

Ok, Hello to everyone,

I am new to this program. Till now all is working great. But I am writing one of my own songs in the program, I came to the end of the first page. I don´t manage to write my entire song, no new page comes up, I do not know how to creat a second page for my song. Can´t I write an entire song? What am I missing? :) Thank you for any help you can give me.

I don´t manage to write my entire song, no new page comes up...

Currently there is only one page available (but see below.)
You can use repeats, DS, DC as you see in some other songs. Additional barlines can be added across a system (meaning a line) - there can be 4 measures or 8 or 16. For example if you have the 1300 jazz standards playlist, the song Brazil, has 8 across.
Some other songs to look at:
All through the night
And the angels sing
Captain Marvel

However you can create a new song as a second page - title it in a similar way so this song follows the other, then swipe to view the next 'page'.
The player can only play back the page it is on (currently it can not span two pages (two 'songs')

About vertical separation, I've found that when there are some comments above the first system, it overlaps with the style/composer info line. So an extra vertical space is often needed for the first system.

Maybe I don't understand what you are seeking...
The "move system down" arrow(s) (1,2 or3 steps) work as expected on the first system as well as lower systems on both my iPad and android apps. Comments I write using first system text when raised above that system don't overlap the composer line.

Please post an example chart showing the issue.

EDIT:
Sometimes (on the longest charts) the systems can become squeezed together

In your first example, the input text clearly overlaps with "medium swing" text. This is why the second example looks better (with the additional vertical space)

The appearance of the display may vary on different devices.
Use the down-arrow(s) to improve your chart's layout appearance as necessary.
We remain constrained by the current single-page limitation.

Hi,
Even with small font, an A7b9 at the end of a bar line is not properly displayed. The b9 part if totally obscured by the bar line. Can you improve on this please? Thanks.

Thank you for your suggestion.
When I encounter the problem of overlapping or obscured extensions, I will first use the small font on the problem bar. If the problem persists, I’ll consider making the problem bar longer (which can cause other problems).
Some chords can be written as a shorter version
Δ instead of Δ7,
ø instead of -7b5
What works best for me is to write (using TEXT [abc…]) and copy the obscured/illegible quality below the chord. That doesn’t interfere with or confuse the player, it’s easy to read and, if the chart is transposed, still displays correctly.
