I want to repeat something 5x

When I am in edit mode and have inserted a repeat sign, I cannot access the Text button (it is not lit up) so that I can insert the 'available rehearsal texts' like 5x. I had done it before but it doesn't seem to be working now.

Are you on iPad or iPhone (iPod touch)? Which iOS? What version of iReal Pro?
In v6, the text button is the one at the bottom of the keyboard called 'abc'. To the left of the text entry box, tap the 3 horizontal lines button for the text menu or just type in 5x.
(Settings>Tutorials>Editor shows the text button.)
Are you saying the 'abc' button is not active and nothing happens when you tap it?

Hi dflat,
I forgot to hit the abc button and instead kept wondering why the 3 horizontal lines did not respond. I just fixed my lead sheet now. Thanks so much to you and to the Forum in general. You people are so responsive and my tech sensitive self really appreciates it.
BTW, I am running version 6.0 of IReal Pro on my 8.0.2 Ipod touch.
