I asked because Bluetooth can introduce issues due to its inherent buffering.
First, unplug the mixer dongle from the Samsung and see if the issue is present through the onboard phone speakers. If the full count comes through the phone speakers, iRp is functioning correctly. The issue would then be in the Samsung’s audio interface to usb-c or in the mixer itself.
While it’s unlikely, make sure your mixer doesn’t have a limiter or auto gain control (AGC) in the audio path. I don’t know if your phone’s audio control panel can access limiter or AGC (if any) function.
If the full count is present in the onboard phone speakers there probably no need for these next steps.
The usual fixes for “mystery” iRp issues include force-quit from the app, complete power-off and re-start.
If that’s not successful, deleting and then reloading the iRp app may work.
ALWAYS backup your app content first and user the same google play store account to re-download the app at no cost.
