Playback cuts out after one beat of one-bar count-in.

Hi! Having a single playback issue I can't find the solution for.
After one beat of the count-in, the sound cuts out immediately. Has anyone ever encountered this before? Is there any solutions you would recommend?

We are sorry about the inconvenience.
Have you tried to reset your preferences in iReal b/Preferences? Try to click on Default.
Let me know if it solved the problem.

Are you using any audio interface? Which version of OS X and iReal b do you have?
