Your chart reads fine from top to bottom.
I feel trying to “simplify” your chart to save some “ink”, would only make it harder to follow.
I’d place a coda sign above the 1st space instead of (or in addition to) OUTRO.
The coda is a player instruction, outro is only for the musicians.
Your original songs are welcome here, but without context, they’re just random chords.
When sharing songs of your own composition, if you could include a link to either an audio file or YouTube, your original chord chart would have some context for others.
