AKAI Synthstation25 Compatibility?

Any possibility that this program can be made to work together with the Akai Synthstation25 keyboard? The idea to to be able to play along on the keyboard while IReal is playing a song. The 2 programs don't have to be integrated - only the audio outputs need to be mixed as it comes out of the headphone jack. The problem now is that the keyboard needs to have a MIDI program for it to play sounds but that program does not have to be woven into IReal For example, if both IReal and 50-in-1 Piano can play simultaneously, that would be fantastic. I'd be willing to pay top dollar for such capability. Please, please look into this -you are my last hope!

Both apps need to have audio communication coded in order to work.
Our new replacement app (called iReal b) has the option of background audio on or off. Also we have it running with iRig/Amplitube's background audio so guitarists (etc.) can play through Amplitube but interact with iReal b, viewing the charts as it plays.
Also the device needs to have enough processor power to be able to do both. Many apps use nearly all of the processor resources already.

Or you continue to use your current midi-box with your keyboard and use your "new" iPad (or iPod touch or iPhone) for irb and easily mix the audio to your headphones.
Having all your eggs in a single basket has issues too.
