Delete and add measures to an existing tune

I have a tune in which the chord durations are double what i want. How do i delete a measure and "pull up" the chart?

Try this:
Edit a "duplicate"
Change time-sig from 4/4 to 2/4
keep player settings the same.

To cut chord duration in half, deleting measures shouldn't be necessary.

For help with specific chart issues, it's best to post the chart so helpful edits can be tried directly.
