Tags only apply to Threads, not individual posts.
Tags can be added/edited to threads you have already posted, by using the Forums in "Full Site" mode. (Not Mobile mode)
You can open the Forums using your web browser (chrome, safari etc)

Or, when using the mobile version in the app, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Full Site".
To edit YOUR thread's tags scroll to the bottom of the YOUR thread.
Just below the bar labeled "Tags For This Thread” look at the RIGHT edge (you may need to slide to the right) to find a button "Add/Edit Tags".
Remember to separate tags with a comma (,).

I have heard that if you go to the App Store using the device in question, when you buy the app, the latest compatible version with your device is provided. If that is not correct, contact: support@irealpro.com with your problem and details.
