Your chart is ok and works fine in the player.

The unlabeled ending volta over bar 7 of the 1st A is unnecessary.
While it's ok to write out the same chord(s) in repeating measures, most prefer using/reading just the bar-repeat sign (%).

I reflected those minor changes in this edited chart.
