Weird enharmonic transpositions - what to do about them

(New user -obviously)

I have set global transposition for Bb instruments and get the occasional odd enharmonic chord symbol. The iOS manual says:

"For more control over the transposition of each chord it is recommended that the transposition function occurs in the editor."

But if I do that, won't the player NOT play in concert key?

I must be missing something here.

I think the manual refers to when you are reading from the chart, not using the player. I am sorry if this is not clear. We have not solved the complexity of enharmonics yet, but we have it on our list.
