Well, it's just four chords, endlessly repeated. There's a certain amount of variation possible as long as the bass line is constant: Bb Ab Gb F.

One possibility is ||: Bbm - Db/Ab - | Gb9 - F7 - :||

The swing is something you have to apply in iReal Pro in the rhythm section selection.
