Unable to buy styles--[old info]

When I try to buy styles from the irealbook store, it says I must purchase the app first. What's going on?

Are you are using the same iTunes account for purchasing the style that you used when purchasing iReal book?

If so, then you could try uninstalling iReal book then 'buying' it again, if you have bought it with the same iTunes account it will not charge you, then try purchasing the style pack again.

Hello

I reinstalled ireal Book from app store and i got new error messages when I try to purchase style packs : "unknown error". Or
invalid account. I allways use the same iTunes account. Did you ban my account. ? It is ibarbault@Yahoo.com

your account cannot be banned.
try restarting your device.
if that doesn't help you might want to uninstall the app again and retry downloading it and the the styles pack.

same here... even after uninstall, download again (3.0.4), reinstall, reboot... I get something like "this is not a test user account....sandbox blah blah" error message

My problem is that I bought the jazz styles pack but when I try to choose a different play back style it says i need to purchase... So then it redirects me to the store where it then says I've already bought it! How can I fix this?
