For the life of me, I can’t find the thread In which this chart was posted!

But it had a problem with the notation of the coda. I’ve fixed it, here. Also, I found that the song was written by Ned Wever, Milton Ager, and Jean Schwartz.

Sorry to make work, but would you please put it where it belongs?

No more than 2 coda-signs are allowed.
The first is at the end of a measure “jump from here the final time”
The second is at the start of the “jump to here the final time” measure.
