I have been using this feature for a while, but when I tried exporting the audio in WAV, AAC, and MIDI formats, the prompt window did not appear.
Tried exporting the chord charts as well, but nothing is working. I thought maybe I had to upgrade to the latest version, but when I tried upgrade, it returns a message "An error occured retrieving update information. Please try again later." I have been trying all week without success.
What seems to be the problem here? Does anyone know?
