Transposing issues/questions

Hi Guys,

when thzeres a F# in C-Instrument it Transposes to D# in Eb Instrument. I#d prefer Eb instead of D#. Is there any possibillity to change that? Same with B. It transposes to G# which is much more difficult than Ab (to read) for me.
Any Ideas?

BTW. Gb also transposes to D#....

I know this topic has been discussed/explained in several threads already, but just wanted to add my vote: I don't wanna play in sharp keys. Also a WARNING: If you take the time to manually change all the sharps to flats, DO NOT EVER "Set and Transpose" that chart (for a singer, guitar player, whatever reason) or your work will be lost when you reset to the original key. Instead, be sure to always make a copy for editing.
