transfer playlists / songs from old ipad

Hi All:

I have iRealb on an old ipad2 (V4.1.3) and I'm looking to transfer songs / playlists to my android phone (V8.3.1). I could use my PC as an intermediary, but I can't figure out how to do it. I'd be grateful for any ideas.

On a side note (no pun intended), when songs are imported, is the existing version of the song overwritten?

Thanks for your kind reply, but these threads don't really offer answers to my specific situation. I can get a hard XML file from the ipad by transferring it to my pc, but emailing it to the android phone doesn't work, or I don't understand how to open it it with V8.3.1

Don't use your PC
Dont use XML.

On your iPad make a backup (in the iRp app under MORE) or settings in the app
Email it to yourself
Open the email using your android (or new device) with iReal pro installed on it.
Download the backup. You may need a a file-search app to find the download on your new device.
Or
From your iPad, upload the back up to Dropbox or a Google drive account.
Download it from one of those accounts to your android.
This specific question has been discussed in detail on the forums.
