The Year of the Cat - Al Stewart-Peter Wood (Request)

I have created some chord charts for simple songs , but this one humbles me. I would appreciate the assistance of some member of the community in coming up with a working chart for the Year of the Cat, by Al Stewart. Here is a link to a YouTube version of what I would like to hear.

To properly do this, the following would need to happen:
1. A complete transcription of the entire original. By hand.
2. Proper editing to capture the original essence while reducing the amount of time down to 4-5 minutes.
3. Entry into iReal pro using the original chord qualities and progression.

Hopefully the folks who ask for this amount of time spent realize the level of qualification it takes to accomplish this. If you have spent your entire life in music, having earned advanced degrees and being involved with other real world musicians, you can easily understand why there is no iRealpro version of “The Year of the Cat”.

While the single-page iRp format makes it a challenge to chart longer songs with multiple variations and sections, it can still produce a chart that works for recreational practice.

This chart includes the intro and first two verses, verse 3 is a little different and is followed by solos. This is not a complete chart or accurate performance chart.
