Chuck Wayne's tune Sonny, which he wrote for trumpeter Sonny Berman. Chuck and Sonny once played it when Miles was visiting their band (Woody Herman's), and Chuck recorded it in 1946. Prestige Records later applied for the copyright in 1963 (9 years after Miles played it on the Walkin' album of 1954) listing Miles as the author as Miles forgot where he had heard it.
