There's a bit of compromising where the D7b9 chord appears: in those bars, the 9th on the 3rd beat partially resolves to a 7th on the fourth beat:

A-7 A-7 D7b9 D7

but that leads to a collision in the display of the two D chords (even in "small" mode). I experimented with the options suggested at Chord Spacing Test - Exercise but didn't really like any of them in this context, so left out the D7 chord, sacrificing accuracy for appearance.
