I found a YouTube channel from a guitarist Raffaele Scarpelli.
Are you sure he is the actual composer?
Could this be an mis-titled composition of Sandro Brugnolini, the Italian composer known for mid-century jazz and bossa nova recordings?

He is the actual composer of this song I dont know if he has a recording of this song.
Maybe he can read also this message and answer himself.
