samsung galaxy tab 10 does not work help

Anyone may help me. .........in my samsung galaxy tab 10 ireal b does not work the app start regulary but if i select a song player won't start....please any help??? I tried to reboot reinstall but nothing problem persist look like miss some files system? ?? Thanks Dino
