Re Download real pro for OS X

I bought/downloaded real pro a few weeks ago. I had to reformat and reinstall OSX. Now real pro is gone. When I look in the FAQ re re redonwloading the screen is blank. I went to app store but it wants me to pay again (and real pro is not listed as purchased?). What do I do? Thanks

Click on the Apple icon on the top left corner of your screen,then App Store, click on Store/View my account and log in with the Apple ID you used for the original purchase. After that the app should show up under Purchased apps.
Let me know if it solved the problem.
