Please recommend an older, large screen Android phone for Verizon

Here are my criteria:
Runs iReal B
Verizon
is available used on eBay
largest possible screen
prefer something that is a little older - not hip or current - helps save on cost of the phone
prefer more than a few hundred MB internal storage - maybe 1GB or more. on my current phone I am always running out of space, even with App2SD

Arnova g2 10. Does the job for me. Should pick one up for less than £100. I.ve hab mine over a year without problems. Try carphone warehouse.
