Another vote for a PDF manual.
I have gone through the tutorial two or three times. It is good enough for getting started, but is in no way comprehensive. There are features I have found just by poking about that even after I discovered them, I still couldn’t find any reference in the tutorial or any of the FAQ’s.
There are at least a couple that took quite a bit of poking to find, but are features I don’t need often, so that the next time I need them, I’ve forgotten. Then my teacher gives me a new chart to learn, and I have to go poking all over again. This gets especially frustrating.
But in a PDF manual, even without an index, you can usually find the feature you want quickly with a key word search.
I really do like iReal Pro a lot, but there are some things that are, ahem, less intuitive. To some degree that is unavoidable, and that’s why we still need manuals.
