moving cursor

If there are two chords in a 4/4 bar, two measures each. Is it possible for the cursor to move over each one individually?

No I don't think so. The entire bar is highlighted. Your option is to go into the chart and add bar lines in-between each bar, thus making it essentially in 2/4 you may also want to change the time signature to 2/4 also ?

You can only do this if there are 4 bars per system.
