I don’t understand the A rehearsal marks on the 1 and 2 Volta’s.
Enter chords in the 1st space, bar-repeats in the 2nd (so it appears in the center)

Since the two endings were the same, I included them both by simply repeating the A section.
This chart should play just like yours but conform to our layout...
