Hello! Please tell me how did you write rhythm notes on top of the chords!
Hello,
It's no big deal.
Are you using the Android or iOs version?
I can only explain how to do it on Android. I'm not sure if this can work with iOs.
You need to download and install a Unicode character database app. There are plenty of free apps available on Google store. The one I use is called "unicode charmap".
Such app is basically a search engine for all unicode characters that is available on your device.
From this app, you can search any music related symbols (or look alike) that you can copy and paste as comments in any iReal Pro chart. Then use the space bar and up and down arrows to move them to the desired position.
The unicode app is not absolutely necessary. It's just easier to search for those symbols.
If you don't want to use such app, you can also copy those symbols from existing charts or from elsewhere.
Keep in mind that some symbols are restricted (not available on iReal Pro). So you need to try which ones work (or not).
Also, those symbols may display differently on different device (space between symbols may not be the same, so it might not align properly when open on a different device).
When I need to share a chart that have rhythm notation in it, I often export it as PDF to make sure it will display the layout properly.
It's not perfect, it's just a workaround. But it's useful to add extra music information on those charts!
Hope this help,
Cheers,
Cyrille
