FYI,

According to those changes, the key signature should be Bb, not Db.

Shearing appears to have played it in the key of F. Most of the musicians I worked with used Ab, which is how I've usually seen it in sheet music and lead sheets.

To be faithful to Shearing, tempo should be not 100 but around 144. Shearing sometimes played it even faster.
