The melody is performed very freely without a strict tempo.
Chords in the pdf link are suggested only (since there's no chordal instrument on the recording).
As played on Ornette Coleman's " The Shape of Jazz to Come" (Atlantic, 1959).
This tune isn’t easy to write out an iRp chart, but you're welcome to try.
