Your Segno signs serve no function. The player will automatically start again at the top per player repeat setting.
In iReal pro, the Segno is used only in association with the D.S. Instruction. (Never a 2nd Segno)
I would set the chart's default key to A- so the automatically added ending chord would be correct.
In the alternative, you could use the "invisible" END instruction in the final measure.
