Is there anyway I can review a song before I download it to my I-pod?

Update:
The stand-alone Mac editor and the web editor were discontinued and are no longer available for use.
For single songs, just import it, compare it with what you have, decide to keep it (or not).
If not, edit>move to trash, done.
