How do you get the player to increase the tempo?

Sorry, I just now saw your question. Click "Practice" (the little graduation cap) and you can set the beats-per-minute to increase however much you want.

Many thanks. I have been looking for a way to generate key and tempo changes to an output midi file. Someone should write the missing manual for this great app!
