iREALb will not open

I get a message saying it was purchased on another computer. Asks me to log in to apple id. I do, but no progress. Even if I bought this on another computer, what's that got to do with it? I bought this appl two years ago and haven't used in over a year. What Am I missing?

Delete the app
Log in to the App Store with your Apple ID that you used to purchase the app
Download the app
