Help! IReal Pro crashes as soon as I open it.

I've tried rebooting my iPad and it hasn't solved the problem.

Ireal Pro crashes immediately after opening on both Ipad and Mac

Hi. Ireal Pro crashes immediately after opening on both Ipad and Mac. I'm not sure how to fix this problem? I've rebooted both and this has not fixed it. Tech support told me to back up the Ipad to Mac and reinstall the app, but since I can't open the app on the Mac either, I'm not sure this will ensue I save my songs.

Very disappointing.

I hope someone has a solution?

How do I reinstall it?

Will I lose all my songs?

You don't lose your songs if you update the app from the Mac App Store.
