iReal Pro and compatible Android devices

As far as 7, 8, or 10 size tablets, it depends on how far away you are from it (what instrument you play etc.) If a pianist or play guitar seated you are reasonably near the tablet and a smaller size is ok, but if you are standing with a sax or bass on stage and move about a little (or a lot) a larger one is needed....

Also, you may be sharing your device with someone else - maybe two horn players reading off the same screen or, as often in my case, the bass player might be looking over the pianist's shoulder. My first Android tablet had a 10.1-inch display, which was plenty big enough to see. But move a little to the left or right and it was unreadable. For high-quality viewing angles comparable to an iPad, be sure to get an IPS (In-Plane Switching) display.

I am using Galaxy Alpha 850 M and Ireal works and sounds excellent all edit functions no bugs.
I was amazed when I quickly learned that I could input my own Chords !
The coolest most powerful amazing App I have seen...

February 11 -I am now using iRealPro Version 7.0 with the new Styles AND the new Recording Function by pressing
"Record" in the "Share" Menu - press 'share' on upper right to Access.

It works!
Will be reporting Results soon....

Android: the current version of iReal Pro requires OS 4.4 or up for iReal Pro 8.0 and OS 4.0.3 for iReal Pro 7.0 . If you purchased the app previously and need to install it on a device with older OS version, contact us through the support form with the email address you used for the original purchase in Google Play Store. (minimum OS 2.2. and Armv7 Processor)

I purchased Samsung Galaxy SM T580 10 inch tablet just to run iReal Pro. Android 8.1.0. Loads properly but when I try to play a song, it stalls for several seconds, then says "iReal Pro has stopped." Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Cleared memory, etc. Never could get it to work. Had to return the tablet. Works fine on my Android phone. Has anyone found an Android tablet that works?

I just deleted iRP from my 10" tablet since I no longer use it. My 7" tablet is a Samsung Tab A. iRP is also on my Samsung Note 9 phone. 10" Samsung Tab 2 tablet is an older model that was running an older version of iRP.

It's an older 10.1" Samsung GT-P5113 running an older version of iRP. I will be purchasing a Samsung 10.1 Tab A soon.

I have android ACER B3-A40 Android Version 7, Kernel 4.4.22 and have installed IrealPro Version 8.3.1. Looking at the compatibility tables, it appears I should be able to install IrealPro version 10 or 10.1 on this hardware, but Google Play says I have the latest version. Is there someplace to get the .apk for Version 10 or 10.1? I am listed on Beta Test but haven't been able to install the most recent versions of IReal and thus no feedback. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
