Instruments on Player

I noticed that you rarely hear the guitar when playing songs on the player, is there a way to hear the guitar part better?

There is never piano and guitar on the same style.
Some styles have piano (most jazz styles) and some guitar (most pop styles).
You can use the mixer to change the volume of each instrument.

That explain the mixer button piano/guitar. Am I to understand if I play the same song in a different style I will get more guitar, even pieces composed by guitarist like Wes Montgomery or Pat Metheny?

You can play any song in any of the available styles
