This is a lovely old chestnut by the great wit, playwright, actor, director, and composer Noel Coward.
In the Breakfast at Tiffany's post we were discussing songs that begin in one key and end in another, and Keith brought up this one. It starts in Bb and ends in Eb.
There are a couple of versions on YouTube. This one is my favorite:

Here's a lead sheet for it. The main chords are mine. The alternate chords are what I could make out on the original.
