Hopefully that link works, basically it's a take on rhythm changes (sort of). I'm not certain I have the B section right, the way to be sure is to transcribe the bass line - that's the best i can do for you by just listening to youtube though...

I think it's Ab7+ instead of Ab7. Sounds more accurate for me. hope it helps.
