Obviously use these AT YOUR OWN RISK! I take no responsibility for what these scripts do. But the idea here was that I had a 2011 backup in a different format, and wanted to get some songs I had arranged out of that (without duplicates) into the latest August 2026 collection of essential playlists.
Hope others find it useful, it allows you to find out which files are shared, which are in both file, and which have numbered variants (meaning some kind of duplicate like, "All Of Me", "All Of Me 1", et cetera).
I tested this on my own collection, and it worked for me!
