This is an old barbershop quartet song from 1924.

Al Jolson recorded it originally, but I find him all but unlistenable.

Here are two files, one in 3/4 time (in G major) and the other in 4/4 (in Eb major).

The waltz has the old changes, the 4/4 version is close to those used by L, H, and B.
