How to change chord symbols?

Hi Grinsor,

Yes you can do all of these things! Just tap the chord chart and you will see a few symbols at the top of the screen. Tap the 'pencil' symbol and a menu appears. Tap 'Edit' and the Edit keyboard appears. Now simply select any chord you wish to change (a grey box appears on the chord name when you tap it) and the chord can be ediited from the keyboard. When you have finished making changes tap 'Done' followed by 'Save and Close' and you're finished.
To change '-' to 'm' for minor chords go in to the settings page where you can select which way you want them to appear.
Hope this helps.

You can edit individual chords in any song using the in-app editor.
In settings, you can adjust your choice for minor chords: Xm vs. X-
Also in settings there is a detailed tutorial inside the app: Settings/Tutorial
In OSX look under: Help/Tutorials and Help/Help & Support.

No problem Bob. It's like the buses here in the UK. You wait for an hour then two arrive at the same time!

Just a little pet peeve of mine

When using C^7 or C triangle 7 the 7 is redundant .

The triangle is supposed to make it so you don't have to write Maj7
In the old days before Finale at Berklee they would not let you use the triangle because it could be confused with the diminished circle.
You had to write out Maj7

All you need is the triangle or Maj7
I suppose ^9 is a different story;)

I do wish the ^7 was not an option .

but not a big deal
iReal Pro is an incredible app:)
