How do you perform a backup of your chord charts?

Hi,

I am running the iReal b application on the Droid Bionic, and I'm not sure how to back up my chord charts on my computer.
The answer to this may be very simple, but I don't know very much about the Android operating system.

The playlists (and songs) can be downloaded from the forum again, but you would have to make a playlist(s) of your own songs (or edits), then Menu>Share>Email - to your computer (keep in your email) to backup.
The automated backup to the cloud should work, but we do want to run more tests on it.
