How do I designate a non-player style?

I'm inputting a song and I want it to be "latin jazz" as the style. Is there any way to do this? I don't care about the play along part of it, I just want the words there.

In the editor, you can designate a descriptive (or suggested) style to display on the chart.
Just bring up the information screen (title, composer, style, key)
Select style, select custom (in older android versions it was labeled "other") and write whatever you want.
