Guitar chords won't install

Just downloaded ireal b yesterday on the iPad mini and it all works great, except that the app won't let me install the guitar chords add on. I've tried several times, and in the midst of this tried installing the jazz styles pack too, this went through fine with no problems, so it's not a problem with my account. I've rebooted my device, and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole app but still the same problem. After I'm asked to confirm purchase it tries connecting to the iTunes Store it gives the message "your purchase cannot be completed" and asks me to contact iTunes Store, and then another box "there was an error purchasing this item please try again, cannot connect to iTunes Store". Obviously I'll try contacting apple but anyone else had this problem?

Problem solved, it's on there now. It was some problem with security code on credit card, though for some reason the jazz styles went right through. Anyway i'll go and explore the app now!
