Getting This Error Code (windows 10)

Greetings, I recently installed iReal Pro on my Windows 10 computer. But when I am working on it I received this error message "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems." I have no idea what could be the issue is. Could anyone suggest how can I able to solve it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

In order to use iRp on a windows box, you must use an Android emulator like Bluestacks.

I installed this app through Bluestacks, but still I was getting the error. But I have resolved the issue with the help of

this

article. First I updated the Graphics card driver and updated BIOS then updated Windows. After doing the tasks properly, the problem got solved. Now I have no longer any issues while working on it.
