Forums won't open

Whenever I double tap the forums button on my ipad 2 (ios 7.1.2), or my iphone (ios 7.1.12) they don't open in the full window. I know I can go to the website for access but it used to work before.

Tap on the Share button (box with an arrow) on the top left to open it in Safari.
